- International orders will delivered within 14 business days
- Domestic orders within India will be delivered within 10 business days
- Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
Customs Duties vary for different countries and are levied at the port of entry. These are over and above shipping charges at the time of purchase and will need to be paid directly by the customer to the shipping agency at the time of order delivery. In case the customer does not pay the Duty as required by the rules of the destination country and does not collect the order, Qamaash will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.
We accept payments via Visa, Master Card, Amex, Google Pay, Shop pay and Apple Pay. All payments are processed through a secured check out system.
Qamaash stands for quality and we take the utmost care to ensure that our products adheres to the highest standards.
However, if the size or style does not match your expectations, we are happy to offer you a store credit voucher valid for 90 days, provided the item is received in unworn and original condition and is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
The shipping costs for return will need to be borne by the customer.
The exchange/return will be processed once the item is received by us so we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping option.
If the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order.
No refunds will be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
To return / exchange a product please get in touch with our Customer Care within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.

Please check the products carefully once you receive them and mention any tampering of the package, missing item or damage/ breakage on the delivery receipt presented by the courier partner. Retain the packaging of the damaged products received and our team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.
